Vanessa Manzi Pumar - Attorney
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. She migrated to the United States at the age of eleven (11) years old. She attended UCLA where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts and Science. She then attended Southwestern Law School. Manzi Pumar developed a passion for immigration law due to her own immigration experience. She fell out of immigration status while she was attending college due to the inefficient assistance of her attorney. It was then that she understood the complexities of the United States immigration system. She is a recipient of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”) and in 2015 became one of the first DACA recipients to be admitted to the California bar. Her own experienced, pushed Ms. Manzi to become an immigration attorney and to fight for other immigrants in the United States. Ms. Manzi has been an immigration attorney for seven (7) years and is also an immigrants rights advocate and continues to advocate for a fair and just immigration reform. She hopes to help millions achieve their dream of becoming United States citizens.
